Getting started

From nothing to your first reviews

Four steps. The only one that needs care is the Google connection, because it runs through your Google account rather than ours.

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up with your email or your Google account. A workspace is created for you, with a trial period already open.

You own it. You can invite your team later, from the settings.

  2. Connect your Google listing

From the setup screen, authorise EchoTrust to read your Google Business Profile reviews. You approve this on a Google page, at Google.

You need to be a manager or owner of the listing. If your location does not appear, it is almost always because the Google account you used has no access to it.

  3. Import your locations

Pick the listings you want to follow among those your account can reach. How many you may import depends on your plan.

Existing reviews are imported straight away. Depending on volume, this takes a few minutes.

  4. Set up your replies

Give us your tone, your sign-off and a few example replies you like. The AI writes in that style.

Nothing is published without your say-so until you turn automatic publishing on yourself.

What happens next

The platform takes over. New reviews arrive on their own, a draft reply is waiting for you, and you are told as soon as a review needs to be read.

Three things to know from the start

We do not reply on your behalf
Unless you take the managed service, which is part of the Enterprise plan. By default, you approve everything.
We do not delete any review
Nobody can. A suspicious review can be reported to Google, and Google alone decides.
Everything runs on the official Google API
No scraping, no fake account. You keep control of the authorisation and can withdraw it whenever you want.
